Mine is "Blackbird" 🐦⬛ Can't decide which one I love more: the one by The Beatles or the one by Tash Sultana*... but for sure they're both a-m-a-z-i-n-g 🔥
*edit: this one is not a cover but entirely different song
Going to go against the conventional wisdom and say how much I love Dylan's Man Gave Names To All The Animals from Slow Train Coming. Pros: It's funny, he wrote it for his kids, it has a noble attempt at a slinky reggae rhythm. Cons: He didn't finish the last line! Can you help? "He saw an animal as smooth as glass/Slithering his way through the grass/Saw him disappear by a tree near a lake . . ." C'mon man, that's it?? Whaddya gonna call it? Just kidding, but it is a GREAT song.
