A special, three act episode of the podcast featuring a trio of stories on life changing nights of live music.
Thank you again for having me! I hope people have as much fun hearing these stories as we all did sharing them!
Thanks for being a part of it, my friend. It was a treat, as always.
BTW, getting some nice feedback on this little experiment. Thanks for playing guinea pig on this one, pal.
This is a tough one, I can't do just one but I can narrow it down to 3 or 4.
Roy Orbison - sometime in the late '70's, I was mesmerised.
Low Roar - I am grateful that I was able to see them live before Ryan Karazija passed away.
Godspeed You! Black Emperor w/Kevin Doria - this show was a visual as well as an audio treat.
The Decemberists - They played two sets, the first was a best of compilation, the second was playing the Hazards of Love album.
Orbison!?!? Oh man, that must have been something. I saw that same Decemberists tour, as well. It was pretty great.
