This week, we get to know writer, music nerd, and cultural historian Brad Kyle. We hear how he fell in love with rock and roll at an early age and eventually came to write about it later in life.
Great interview! I know a lot about Brad, (as Iโm like 10 months behind on a video interview I did with him), but yours was way more interesting and informative. Loved the discussion.
And in terms of your missing a couple of days with posts - holy crap I donโt know how you do what you do. I can barely get one post a month and even that stresses me out completely. I know having that structure keeps you focused and motivated but my advice is focus on you. We will always be here and skipping a day or two gives us time to catch up !๐
Thanks for the reminder to listen to the show (and sympathies for the variety of life stresses that you mention at the top); that was fun, and what a neat coincidence that you happened to record it right after Brads' "Rosecraz Boulevard" post -- that was an unexpected shout-out
(FWIW, the reason I tagged you was that I had mentioned Zumpano in comments for one of your "favorite songs" prompts, and your response made it sound like you were familiar with them -- but I was happy that I did have something to say about the song).
