What's Your Favorite Song About Mom?

It's Mother's Day this week, and we're celebrating at WAIM Radio with a full hour of tunes on the subject of Mama. Which one is your favorite?

If you’re a regular reader here at What Am I Making, you know that my Mom and I have a wonderful relationship. For each of the last three winters, we have taken grand adventures together exploring Peru, Central America, and Morocco. She even joined me for a few days of my Western US Tour last Fall while I was in California. We are already searching and planning for our next adventure.

My mother has always been there for me, and encouraged any endeavor I might have the desire to pursue. I see her at least weekly for cocktails. She is my dear friend, as well as my Mom. I know how very fortunate I am.

I’m also incredibly fortunate that my wife, Kimmy has given that same unconditional love and support to our own children. She has done a remarkable job of showing our girls each and every day that they are loved and appreciated beyond measure. Clearly, I …
