What Is Your Favorite Song About Trains?

This week at WAIM Radio we are riding the rails for a full hour of tunes about trains. Which locomotive jam tops your list?

In the summer of 2016, my family took a ten day trip to Europe. To celebrate Maddie’s graduation in June of 2016, we made arrangements to spend five days in London and another five days in Paris. The easiest way for us to transfer from one legendary city to another was not by taking a quick flight, but rather by taking a train under the English Channel and into the City of Light.

We made our way to the St. Pancras Station and checked in with a local agent to ensure we had our proper tickets in order for the journey. There was almost no security. Passengers waited on the platform until just 15 minutes before the slated departure time when the doors opened up and travelers began moving forth to claim seats.
