Tour Diary Video: 'The Ravines'
A musical exploration of a trio of kids who experience a summer that will change their lives forever.
There’s a trailer park that sits a few blocks from our house. It’s a relatively well kept community of modular homes. Some of the houses are faded and weather worn. Seasonal decorations rotate throughout the year in the tiny specks of grass these folks claim as lawns. Kids can be seen strolling from the trailer park down to a convenience store that sits a hundred yards away on the other side of the railroad tracks. It is a quiet section of our community where those living closest to the economic edge of our society reside.
When I had my corporate gig, I would often drive past The Ravines, the name for this particular mobile home community, at the end of my day.
